FLOATING SOLAR PV INDEPENDENT POWER PRODUCER IN SEYCHELLES
Pursuant with the announcement on the Procurement Oversight Unit (POU) of Seychelles on 19th June 2018, (see: http://www.pou.gov.sc/download/floating-solar-pv-independent-power-producer-in-seychelles/) concerning the Solar floating PV IPP tender, the following (updated) instructions are provided to interested applicants:
- Applicants wishing to become a registered participant and access the tender documents are instructed to make a payment of SCR 2,000/- to the following bank account:

- Upon payment, applicants should send an electronic copy of proof of payment or cash receipt to email@example.com, with the following subject: “Proof of payment of registration fee: Solar PV IPP Tender –
Seychelles”. The email should include the email address of at least one and no more than three representatives of your firm or consortium. These representatives should be the individuals that are given access to the dataroom.
- From Monday, 2nd July 2018, the above-mentioned representatives will start receiving invitation by email to access the tender dataroom, which includes the RFQ documents, submission instructions and relevant background documents. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION IS 17TH OF AUGUST 2018 UNTIL 16:00HRS SEYCHELLES TIME. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF FILLED IN RFQ APPLICATION IS 31st OF AUGUST 2018.
This advert serves as information to interested applicants. Official launch of the RFQ will be upon opening of the dataroom, at which point, questions and requests for clarification are answered. Until then, the team will address specific questions/issues only related to payment.
