Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Wednesday 25th May 2022 to Wednesday 1st June 2022 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Friday 3rd June 2022 at 10:00hrs at Conference Room, PUC Office, Electricity House, Roche Caiman.

Followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site starting at Fairyland on Friday 3rd June 2022 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

 

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Re-construction of pump house at Fairyland – Anse Royale” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender:  The closing date for the tender is Wednesday 15th June 2022 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender:  Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Wednesday 15th June 2022 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
