: All Registered Contractors with a valid Class 1 license operating in Seychelles.

Performance Period

:  Eight (8) weeks from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier

: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section,

  Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe

  Larue, Mahe as of Monday 26^th September  to Friday 30^th September  2022 at

   0900hrs to1500hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR500/-

   each.

Closing Date for Dossier

: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 30^th October2022 at 1500hrs

Pre-Tender Site Visit :

: A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Wednesday

  05^th October 2022 at 1030hrs. The meeting place shall be at the

  International Terminal, Seychelles International Airport.

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.
