The Seychelles Infrastructure Agency is seeking the expertise of a qualified consultant/consultancy firm who wish to submit a bid to undertake the Consultancy Services for Development of Anse Royale Campus Masterplan

The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:

• Background and Objective of the Consultancy
• Terms of Reference
• Submission Requirement Qualification Criteria
• Evaluation Criteria

The EOI‐ Document can be collected at the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency, Independence House, 2^nd Floor, Victoria, Mahé as from Friday, September 22, 2023, from 9AM to 3PM. Deadline for the collection of EOI‐ Documents will be Friday, September 29, 2023 at 3PM.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.

The eligible consultants must submit their response in a sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services for Development of Anse Royale Campus Masterplan’’ and addressed to:

The deadline for the submission of responses is Monday, October 2, 2023 at 3.00PM and no responses will be accepted after the set deadline.

Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
