The Ministry of Land and Housing invites tenders for the Procurement of two (2) Vehicles

Eligibility :  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed

Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject :  Both vehicles are to be used for site visits by the technical teams.

Period of Delivery: Three (3) Month from the date of award of the contract

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at Ministry of Lands and Housing, Independence House, second floor, Procurement office as from Friday 17^th September 2021 from 9.00am to 3pm.

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday 23^rd September 2021 at 3pm.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLE (S) FOR THE MINISTRY OF LAND AND HOUSING” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE BEFORE 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 5^TH OCTOBER  2021. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
