SUPPLY HDPE (HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE) PIPES

Eligibility: All local and international manufacturers / suppliers.

Scope: Bids are invited for the supply of HDPE pipes for potable water supply application and for sewerage application. Bidders can bid for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or for both lots.

The successful bidder will be required to deliver all the pipes within eight weeks ex-works basis from the date of signing the contract document.

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained free of charge via email ID nchetty@puc.sc cc: blista@puc.scdsasikumar@puc.sc or hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR200.00 as from Monday 23rd May 2022 to Friday 10th June 2022 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.00hrs to 16.00hrs.

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Submission of Tender:Bidders must submit their bids via email only to NTBtenderbox@gov.sc

Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Supply of HDPE pipes’’ in the e-mail subject.

Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Tuesday 21st June 2022 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Tuesday 21st June 2022 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
