PROCUREMENT OF THE SERVICES OF A CAFETERIA OPERATOR

The interested bidders will be required to address the following criteria in writing and must include all information requested within this document to be considered, including:

  • The full details (name, address and contact details) of all parties involved in the operating and managing the Cafeteria.
  • Provide Details of any previous experience within the hospitality industry with particular emphasis in operating a cafeteria business.
  • The Proposal should give detailed information on the type of services to be offered including food/beverages/eat-in/take-out options.
  • Proposed pricing structure (food, soft drinks, tea & coffee, etc.);
  • Names and contact details of two references, one financial and one the most recent employer/leaseholder.
  • Provide Details of the proposed business operation, including opening days, hours and staffing

   Structures

  • Proposal for waste disposal and cleaning requirements;
  • Provide Details of bidder profile
  • Provide Proof of verifiable previous experiences of similar services
  • Copies of registration certificate and business licenses (if applicable)
  • A copy of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2022.

The Terms of Reference (TOR) can be collected at the Palais De Justice building, Ile Du Port, as from Friday 11th November, 2022 at 9.00am -3.00pm. Deadline for the collection of TOR will be Thursday 17th November, 2022 at 3.00pm. It is compulsory for all interested bidders to collect the detailed TOR before submitting any response to this Invitation to tender.

Interesting Individual/ Companies are welcome to attend a mandatory site visit and meeting on Friday 18th   November 2022 at 10:00 am at the Palais de Justice Building, Ile Du Port .Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.
