the consignment needs to be delivered within three (03) months of award of contract.
Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Account section at Dream Gate Complex, 1st Floor Block B, Ile Du Port, Zone 14 as of Friday 02nd June 2023 from 9:00 am to 12.00am and 1.00pm to 3:00 pm and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Monday 12thJune 2023 not later than 3:00 pm.
The Bidding Document shall be purchased at a non-refundable fee of SR 200.00. Bidders are allowed to inspect the documents prior to purchase. No Bidding Document shall be made available past this deadline period.
Pre-Bid Meeting Bidder is welcome to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Tuesday 13th June, 2023 at 10.30am at the SLTA’s Office, Dream Gate Complex, 1st Floor Block B, Ile Du Port, Zone 14.
Submission of Tender Dossier
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF 2000 METRES CRASH BARRIER”, and deposited in the Tender Box at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria not later than 1000hrs Seychelles Time (SCT) on Tuesday 04th July, 2023.
Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 1000hrs Seychelles Time (SCT) on Tuesday 04th July 2023 at the National Tender Board Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria.
ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
