Eligibility:       Open to Bidders having;

  1. a valid Computer IT Equipment Supplier license issued by Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA) and
  2. a valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2023 issued by Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC)

The applicable currency in relation to this project will be the Seychelles Rupees (SCR)

Deadline for delivery of goods: Ninety (90) days from signing of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Department of Communication and Technology,3rd Floor, Caravelle House, Victoria as of Tuesday18th July, 2023 between 9.00am – 12.00noon and 1.00pm to 3.30pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150/- each

Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the Tender Dossier prior to purchase.

Closing to obtain Tender Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the Tender Dossier is Monday 24th July 2023 at 3.30pm.

THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF NATIONAL HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEM (HIS) DATACENTER HARDWARE AND PERIPHERALS” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION
