PROCUREMENT OF SPECIAL NEEDS RESOURCES FOR AU CAP PRIMARY AND PLAISANCE SECONDARY
The Ministry of Education is inviting for bids from local suppliers for the Procurement of special needs resources for Au Cap Primary and Plaisance Secondary
Conditions
• The tender is opened to locally registered suppliers only.
• The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 4 months from Date of Award.
• Literature and details to give a clear description of items quoted for in their bids.
• All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR).
Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Friday 22nd September 2023 up to Thursday 28th September, 2023 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR 150.00 at the Accounts Section at the Ministry of Education.
Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled Friday 29th September, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Procurement Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF SPECIAL NEEDS RESOURCES FOR AU CAP PRIMARY AND PLAISANCE SECONDARY” and send to The National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before closing at 10:30am Seychelles Time on Monday 16th October, 2023
Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:30am on Monday 16th October, 2023 at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session.
LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
