REMEDIAL WORKS TO DAMAGED CONCRETE STRUCTURES IN BLOCK A, B, C, D & E AT EDEN VILLAGE – ROCHE CAIMAN

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Five (5) Months

PURCHASE OF TENDER DOCUMENT: Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean Gate House as from Monday 12^th February 2024 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 16^th February 2024 not later than 2.30pm.             

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Monday 19^th February 2024 at 10.00am. The meeting point shall be at the Shop’s Car Park inside Eden Village - Roche Caiman.

Failure to attend the Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bids during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “REMEDIAL WORKS TO DAMAGED CONCRETE STRUCTURES IN BLOCK A, B, C, D & E AT EDEN VILLAGE – ROCHE CAIMAN.” AND MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE NO LATER THAN 10.30AM MONDAY 04^TH MARCH 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT10.30AM.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
