CONSTRUCTION OF A 33KV SUBSTATION AT THE POWER STATION C, ROCHE CAIMAN

Project Title: “Construction of a 33kV Substation at the Power Station C, Roche Caiman”

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject: PUC intends to construct a new 33 kV substation to house high voltage equipment (ground floor only), at Power station C, situated at Roche Caiman. The Works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Excavation and Backfilling works
  2. Masonry blockwork
  3. Reinforced concrete works (foundation, ring beams, etc.)
  4. Roofing works

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Thursday 21st March 2024 to Wednesday 27th March 2024,08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 28th March 2024 at 10:00hrs at the PUC head office Roche Caiman, Electricity House followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visits on the project site on Thursday 28th March 2024 after the pre-bid meeting. 

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Construction of a 33kV Substation at the Power Station C, Roche Caiman” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Wednesday 17th April 2024 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time:  Wednesday 17th April 2024 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
