Eligibility:

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All contractors CLASS I and CLASS II only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Performance Period:

Eight (8) weeks from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Seychelles

Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe as

of Thursday 4^th April 2024 to Wednesday 10^th April 2024 between 0900hrs  

to 1500hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR500/- each.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 10^th April 2024 at 1500hrs.  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Friday 12^th April 2024 at 1000hrs. The meeting place shall be at Praslin Airport Technical Block (Fire Station).

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.
