PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Au Cap

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Three (03) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1^st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Tuesday 9^th April 2024 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 200.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 16^th April 2024 not later than 12.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Wednesday 17^th April 2024 at 11.00 am and the meeting place shall be near Reef Holiday Apartments, Au Cap. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF BUS SHELTER AND BUS LAYBY AT AU CAP.”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM ON MONDAY 29TH APRIL 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
