CONSTRUCTION OF A SUBSTATION AT NOUVELLE DECOUVERTE, PRASLIN

Subject: PUC intends to construct a substation at Nouvelle Decouverte, Praslin. The Works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Excavation and Backfilling works
  2. Reinforced concrete works (foundation, ring beam, lintels)
  3. Masonry blockwork
  4. Carpentry works

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue or from PUC’s Administration Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin, against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Monday 20th May 2024 to Friday 24th May 2024, 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 28th 2024 at 11:00hrs at the PUC Administration Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin

Followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visit on the project site on Tuesday 28th May 2024 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

 

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Construction of a Substation at Nouvelle Decouverte, Praslin” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé or at the District Administration office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin.

Closing date for tender:The closing date for the tender is Tuesday 11th June 2024 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Tuesday 11th June 2024 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé and at the District Administration office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
