PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Anse Fourmis, La Digue

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Three (3) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Accounts Office at Dream Gate Complex, Block B, 1st Floor, Ile Du Port or at the SLTA’s Office, Amitie, Grand Anse Praslin as of Tuesday 04th June 2024 from 9:00 am to 12.00am and 1.00pm to 3.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 11th June 2024 not later than 12.00pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Wednesday 12th June 2024 at 10:30 am and the meeting place will be at the La Digue Administration Office, La Passe. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF BULLNOSED PARAPET WALL AT ANSE FOURMI, LA DIGUE.” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, LA DIGUE DA’S OFFICE OR DA’S OFFICE AT BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN BEFORE 10:00 AM ON THURSDAY 27TH JUNE 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
