Project Title:

Upgrading of Airside drain between Northern (NPA) and Remote parking area (REPA) and construction of fencing at the Seychelles International Airport.

Eligibility:

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All contractors CLASS I only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Performance Period:

Nine (9) months from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Seychelles

Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe as

of Friday 07th June 2024 to Thursday 13th June 2024 between 0900hrs  

to 1500hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR500/- each.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday 13th June 2024 at 1500hrs.  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Thursday 20th June 2024 at 10H30hrs. The meeting place shall be at the Domestic arrival lounge opposite the Skychef Shop at the Seychelles International Airport.

 

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “UPGRADING OF AIRSIDE DRAIN BETWEEN NPA & REPA, AND CONSTRUCTION OF FENCING AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria NOT LATER THAN 10.00AM ON THURSDAY 04th JULY 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00 AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
