ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors Class 1 and 2 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Inter Island Quay

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 45 calendar days

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) at the Procurement Office, New Port, as of Tuesday 11th June 2024 from 09:00hrs – 1400hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 500.00 each. Deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 14th June2024 not later than 1400hrs.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number / NIN and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE –BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit will be held on  Wednesday 19th June 2024 at 10:30hrs. The meeting point shall be at the Espace Car park.

Failure to attend the site information meeting / site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder. 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “PROPOSED PAY PARKING AT INTER ISLAND QUAY” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, BEFORE 10:30AM ON TUESDAY 02 JULY 2024.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.   ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
