EXTENSION OF PUC OFFICE AT BAIE ST ANNE PRASLIN

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject:  PUC intends to construct an extension for it’s office at Baie St Anne Praslin. The approximate footprint is 8m x 14m. The Works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Demolition of existing fibre cement office (approx. 4m x 4m)
  2. Excavation and backfilling works
  3. Reinforced concrete works (foundation, ring beam etc)
  4. Masonry block wall
  5. Roofing works
  6. Finishing works

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, & from PUC office Baie St Anne Praslin, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Monday 17th June to Thursday 27th June 2024,08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Friday 28th June 2024 at 11:00hrs at the PUC Head Office Roche Caiman, Electricity House followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visits on the project site on Friday 28th June 2024 at 11:00hrs after the pre-bid meeting. 

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Extension of PUC office at Baie St Anne Praslin” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 11th July 2024 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 11th July 2024 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
