ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 & 2 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: St Louis

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Sixty (60) working days

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Thursday 20th June 2024 2023 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 27th June 2024 not later than 12.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. 

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 28th June 2024 at 9.15 am and the meeting place will be at Dan koko housing estate, St Louis (as per attached location area). Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTPATH & DRAINAGE AT ST LOUIS (PHASE 2)”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON TUESDAY 16TH JULY 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
