ROAD IMPROVEMENT AT MONT PLAISIR, ANSE ROYALE

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Mont Plaisir, Anse Royale.  

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: four (04) Months from the date of commencement

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1^st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Tuesday 16^th July 2024 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 300.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 23^rd July 2024 not later than 12.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Wednesday 24^TH July 2024 at 10.00 am and the meeting place will be at Parking space next to the Golden Eggs Poultry farm, Anse Royale. Then drive to site location. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “ROAD IMPROVEMENT AT MONT PLAISIR, ANSE ROYALE”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON WEDNESDAY 07^th AUGUST 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
