TENDER FOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF 300 SQM WAREHOUSE AT THE FSA ZONE, BOIS DE ROSE AVENUE (CONTRACT No. S075).

Conditions: At least Ten (10) years’ experience in Civil Works.

Place of Performance: Financial Services Authority Zone (Ex-SIBA) at Bois De Rose Avenue. 

Performance period: Four Hundred and Twenty (420) Calendar Days

Access to Tender Dossier: Tender dossier shall be obtained from the FSA Reception Office, Bois De Rose Avenue as from Tuesday 06th August, 2024 between 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SCR 500.00. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall Friday 16th August, 2024 not later than 12:00pm.

 

The Electronic copy of the tender dossier will be emailed to interested Contractors upon showing proof of payment. It is mandatory to provide a copy of a valid license and a copy of the Business Registration Number / NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidders are allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

Pre-bid meeting / Site visit: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 20th August, 2024 at 10.00am. The meeting point will be at the Financial Services Authority, Bois De Rose Avenue, Vitoria, Mahe, Seychelles. This will be followed by a mandatory site visit immediately after the meeting. Failure to attend the meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of the bidder during the evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

COMPLETED TENDER MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF 300SQM WAREHOUSE AT THE FSA ZONE, BOIS DE ROSE AVENUE (CONTRACT No S075)” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (“NTB”), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE BEFORE 10:00AM ON THURSDAY 26th SEPTEMBER, 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 A.M. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
