Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors  Class 2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject  : Upgrading of Motorable Access Road-Phase 3 at Oreddy Road, Mont Fleuri.

Place of Performance  : Mont Fleuri.

Performance Period  : Eight (8) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier  : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Wednesday 07th August, 2024 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday13thAugust, 2024 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 14th August, 2024 at 09:30Hrs.The meeting place shall be at Mont Fleuri DA’s Office Meeting Room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared Unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “UPGRADING OF MOTORABLE ACCESS ROAD-PHASE 3 AT OREDDY ROAD, MONT FLEURI. REF NB48/24” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 1030HRS ON THURSDAY 22ND AUGUST, 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
