NON-PERFORMING PIPELINE REPLACEMENT AT MALDIVE (ANSE ETOILE)

Subject: PUC intends to replace it’s non-performing water pipelines at Maldive – Anse Etoile.

The Works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Excavation and Backfilling works
  2. Pipe laying works
  3. Reinforced concrete works (pillars, thrust blocks, manholes, etc.)

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Tuesday 10th September 2024 to Monday 16th September 2024 from08:00am to 12:00noon. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting:A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 17th September 2024 at 10:00am at the PUC Head Office, Roche Caiman, Electricity House followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visit on the project site on Tuesday 17th September 2024 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked
“Non-Performing Pipeline Replacement At Maldive (Anse Etoile)” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 30th September 2024 at 10:00am.

Opening of Tender:Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time:  Monday 30th September 2024 at 10:00am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
