Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Subject : Construction of a New Daycare at Les Mamelles.

Place of Performance : Les Mamelles.

Performance Period : Fifty-Two (52) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier  : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Thursday 12th September, 2024 at 8.30am to 12.00noon and 1.00pm to 2.00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR500/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday18thSeptember, 2024 at 2.00pm.

Details of site visit: A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Thursday 19th September, 2024 at 10:00am.The meeting place shall be at Les Mamelles DA’s office meeting room.

Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW DAYCARE AT LES MAMELLES. REF NB58/24” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, THIRD FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON THURSDAY 03RD OCTOBER, 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
