CONDITION: Bidder who has an existing civil work contract with the SLTA, for which those contracts are less than 70% completed, will not be eligible to participate in this tender

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 10 Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Monday 21st October 2024 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each. The deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 25th October 2024 not later than 12.00 p.m.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized for Monday 28th October 2024 at 09.30 a.m. and the meeting place will be at Spectra Design, Belonie, Mahé. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF MOTORABLE ROAD AT BELONIE [PHASE 1] AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.00A.M. ON THURSDAY 07TH NOVEMBER 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00A.M. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
