This is on the grounds of limited number of qualified contractors meeting the criteria to undertaken the works.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  • Donald Building
  • Suns Excavations
  • Ted Construction
  • Azemia Construction
  • All Weather Builders

All potential participants must submit the following mandatory document: along with their interests:

  1. Copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
  2. A valid Class I & II Contractor’s License issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority to operate in Seychelles
  3. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial year 2024
  4. Company profile showing years of experience within the construction business along with past projects of similar nature
  5. Proof of having the machinery and equipment necessary to carry out the works
  6. A copy of VAT Certificate (if applicable)
  7. Proof of workmanship/workforce to carry out the works

In line with Regulation 77.4 (d) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2014,  Any potential bidder requiring any information on this procurement or wishes to express interest in participating in same and meet the above eligibility criteria may forward their application to the Project Manager, Miss Anthea Laurence,Seychelles Infrastructure Agency, Independence House, Victoria during working hours on Tel No: 2711284 or by email anthea.laurence@mlh.gov.sc not later 10:30 am. on Wednesday 11th December 2024.
