ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors Class 1 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Ile Perseverance1

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  44 Calendar weeks (308 Calendar days)  

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) at the Ministry of Land and Housing (MLH) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House as of Thursday 19th December 2024from 9:00am – 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 26th December 2024 not later than 12:00 noon. 

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number/ NIN and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit has been organized on Friday 27th December 2024 at 10:30 am. The meeting point shall be at the Perseverance 1 District Administration.

Failure to attend the pre-tender meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF DA’S OFFICE AND COMMUNITY HALL AT ILE PERSEVERANCE 1”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE10:00AMON THURSDAY 9TH JANUARY 2025.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.   ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
