RENOVATION WORKS ON THREE (3) BLOCKS OF FLAT AT ANSE FRANCOIS HOUSING ESTATE, POINTE LARUE

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; building with class Two (II) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Three (3) Months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House from Monday 23^rd December 2024 from 9.00am to 2.30pm upon payment of a non –refundable fee of SCR150.00 each.

Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 03^rd January 2024 not later than 2.30pm.

PRE BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been schedule for Monday 06^th January 2025 at 10.00am. The meeting point shall be at the car park of the Pointe Larue District Administration office. 

Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RENOVATION WORKS ON THREE (3) BLOCKS AT ANSE FRANCOIS HOUSING ESTATE, POINTE LARUE” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHEBEFORE 10:00AM ON WEDNESDAY 22^ND JANUARY 2025.  TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.  

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
