TENDER FOR RENOVATION WORK ON LA PIROGUE FLAT- MONT FLEURI

This is on the grounds of limited number of qualified contractors meeting the criteria to undertaken the works.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  • RHS CONSTRUCTION
  • TRL CONSTRUCTION
  • BHAKTI BUILDERS
  • RAFA BUILDERS
  • DDL BUILDERS
  • SANAT CONSTRUCTION

All potential participants must submit following mandatory document along with their interests:

  1. Copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
  2. A valid Class 2 Contractor’s License issued by the Seychelles Licensing Authority to operate in Seychelles
  3. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial year 2024
  4. Company profile showing years of experience within the construction business along with past projects of similar nature, and of value not above SCR 3,000,000.00
  5. Proof of having the machinery and equipment necessary to carry out the works
  6. A copy of VAT Certificate (if applicable)
  7. Proof of workmanship/workforce to carry out the works
