CONSTRUCTION OF A REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATION FOR A CONTAINERIZED GEN SET AT PRASLIN POWER STATION

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject: PUC intends to construct a reinforced concrete foundation, to cater for one Nos containerized gen set at the Baie St Anne Praslin power station. The Works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Excavation and Backfilling works
  2. Reinforced Concrete Works

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue & at PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from
Tuesday 8th April 2025 to Friday 11th April 2025 from08:00am to 12:00noon. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting:  A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 15th April 2025 at 10:00am at the PUC administration office, Baie St Anne Praslin followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visit on the project site on Tuesday 15th April 2025 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Construction of a reinforced concrete foundation for a containerized gen set at Praslin power station” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé or at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 24th April 2025 at 10:00am

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Thursday 24th April 2025 at 10:00am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé & at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
