PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Two (2) Months
SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation (PMC), Cashier’s Office Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House, Victoria from Friday 11th April 2025 from 9.00am to 2.30pm upon payment of a non –refundable fee of SCR150.00 each.
Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 17th April 2025 not later than 2.30pm.
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number/ NIN and copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2025 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase |
PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been schedule for Tuesday 22nd April 2025 at 10.00am. The meeting point shall be at the car park of the 2nd Housing Estate after Ex SSU headquarters.
Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.
SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RE- ROOFING WORKS ON FOURTEEN (14) UNITS AT EX LTD CASCADE” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHEBEFORE 10:00AM ON MONDAY 05TH MAY 2025. TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
