RENOVATION WORKS ON TWO BLOCKS OF FLAT AT LES MAMELLES,

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Contractor Class Two (II) and Three (III) certificate ONLY, having a valid license and registered to operate in Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Five (5) Months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation (PMC), Cashier’s Office Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House, Victoria from Friday 11^th April 2025 from 9.00am to 2.30pm upon payment of a non –refundable fee of SCR150.00 each.

Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 17^th April 2025 not later than 2.30pm.

PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been schedule for Thursday 24^th April 2025 at 10.00am. The meeting point shall be at the car park near the last bus shelter near the take away at the Housing Estate Les Mamelles

Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RENOVATION WORKS ON TWO BLOCKS OF FLAT AT LES MAMELLES” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHEBEFORE 10:00AM ON MONDAY 05^TH MAY 2025.  TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
