Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1&2 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in

Seychelles.

Subject : Construction of Retaining Wall and Bridge at Anse Kerlan, Grand Anse, Praslin                                                             

Place of Performance : Anse Kerlan, Grand Anse Praslin.

Performance Period : Eight (8) Weeks from commencement date.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 and Grand Anse District Administration Office, Praslin as of Wednesday 07th May, 2025 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday13thMay, 2025 at 1400Hrs.

Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Thursday 15th May, 2025at 10:00Hrs.The meeting place shall be at Grand Anse Praslin DA’s office meeting room.

Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.

Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.                                                              

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL AND BRIDGE AT ANSE KERLAN, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA AND GRAND ANSE PRASLIN DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, BEFORE 1030HRS ON THURSDAY 22ND MAY, 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
