RENOVATION WORKS ON TWO (2) BLOCKS OF FLATS (BLOCK A & BLOCK D) AT EX TEACHER’S AMITIE – GRAND ANSE PRASLIN

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Contractors Class Two (2) certificate ONLY, having a valid license and registered to operate in Seychelles.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Three (3) Months

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE: The Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation (PMC), Cashier’s Office, Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House, Victoria and at the Property Management Corporation Office, room 17 at the Pension Fund Complex, Grand Anse Praslin from Tuesday 27th May 2025 as from 9.00am to 2.30pm upon payment of a non–refundable fee of SCR150.00 each.

Deadline for obtaining the tender dossier shall be on Friday 30th May 2025 not later than 2.30pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number/ NIN and copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2025 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase

PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Monday 02nd June 2025at 10.00am.The meeting point shall be at the Car park of the Ex Teacher-Housing Estate Amitie, Grand Anse Praslin. Any clarification regarding the site visit kindly contacts the project secretary on 2712481 before the date of visit.

Failure to attend the information site meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RENOVATION WORKS ON TWO (2) BLOCKS OF FLATS (BLOCK A & BLOCK D) AT EX TEACHER’S AMITIE – GRAND ANSE PRASLIN” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA, MAHE AND THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION OFFICE ROOM 17, PENSION FUND COMPLEX BUILDING, GRAND ANSE PRASLIN BEFORE 11:00AM ON MONDAY 16th  JUNE 2025. TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM. BIDDERSAND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID (S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
