ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 & 2 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Pointe Aux Sel, Au Cap.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 80 working days

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream Gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Friday 29th May 2025 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 300.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall Thursday 5th June 2025 not later than 12.00 pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 6th June 2025 at 10.00am and the meeting place shall be Kumar & Kumar Supermarket, Pointe Aux Sel. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF DRAIN CHANNEL AT POINTE AUX SEL, AU CAP.”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM ON TUESDAY 24TH JUNE 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
