TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW DEMO KITCHEN FOR SEYCHELLES TOURISM ACADEMY AT LA MISERE, GRAND ANSE MAHE

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors Class 1 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: LA MISERE, GRAND ANSE MAHE,

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:  40 Calendar Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) at the Ministry of Land and Housing (MLH) Office, 2^nd Floor, Independence House as of Monday 09^th June 2025from 9:00am – 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be on Friday 13^th June 2025 not later than 12:00 noon. 

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number/ NIN and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2025 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit has been organized on Monday 16^th June 2025 at 10:00 am. The meeting point shall be at the Seychelles Tourism Academy at La Misere, Grand Anse Mahe at the parking area.

Failure to attend the pre-tender meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, “CONSTRUCTIONS OF NEW A DEMO KITCHEN FOR THE SEYCHELLES TOURISM ACADEMY AT LA MISERE, GRAND ANSE MAHE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD(NTB) SCRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE BEFORE 10:00AM ON TUESDAY 24^TH JUNE, 2025.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.   ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
