PARTITIONING WORKS FOR NEW REHABILITATION FACILITIES AT THE WELLNESS CENTER - LES CANELLES

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors Class 3 Only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Conditions:

  • Bidders must be able to demonstrate capability to perform works worth of SCR 500,000.00 of similar nature either government/ private works.
  • Bidder must not have any ongoing project(s) with any Public Procuring Entity;
  1. which has/ have delayed beyond the respective completion date(s) set out in the respective Contract (s) due to delays attributable to the Contractor or
  1. where actual progress of works has fallen behind the expected progress, due to delays attributed to the Contractor.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:  Wellness Center - Les Canelles

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:     Four (4) Calendar Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossier can be obtained from the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) at the Ministry of Land & Housing (MLH) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House as of Wednesday 11th June 2025 from 9:00am to 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 250.00 each. Deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be on Tuesday 17th June 2025 not later than 12:00pm.      

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of their valid license, valid tax clearance certificate for the Financial Year 2025 and the Business Registration Number / NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

PRE–BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Friday 20th June 2025 at 10:00 am. The meeting point shall be at the Wellness Center, Les Canelles.

Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, ‘PARTITIONING WORKS FOR NEW REHABILITATION FACILITIES AT THE WELLNESS CENTER - LES CANNELLES’ AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:30AM ON TUESDAY 1ST JULY 2025.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
