CONSTRUCTION OF FISHERIES & RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AT ANSE LA MOUCHE

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: ANSE LA MOUCHE      

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 12 MONTHS

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SEYCHELLES FISHERIES AUTHORITY, VICTORIA FISHING PORT, ACCOUNTS SECTION as of TUESDAY 24^TH JUNE  2025 as from 0900hrs-1200hrs and 1300hrs-1500hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be on TUESDAY 1^ST JULY 2025 at 1500hrs.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on  WEDNESDAY 2^ND JULY 2025 at 1100hrs.  The meeting point shall be at the ANSE LA MOUCHE ICE PLANT. 

Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF FISHERIES & RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AT ANSE LA MOUCHE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 1000hrs ON WEDNEDSAY 16^TH JULY 2025 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000hrs.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
