CIVIL WORKS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF SALAZIE TRAIL (MAHE)

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject: PUC intends to undertake civil works for the improvement and upgrading of the access/trail to it’s Salazie (Mahe) water infrastructures. The works shall comprise of the following: 

  1. Excavation and backfilling works
  2. Improvement and upgrading of access road
  3. Construction of steps, railing, small access bridge & shed (cross country)

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Wednesday 2nd July 2025 to Tuesday 8th July 2025,08:00am to 12:00noon. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 9th July 2025 at 8:30am at the PUC Head Office Roche Caiman, Electricity House followed by: 

Site-Visit: A site visits on the project site on Wednesday 9th July 2025 after the pre-bid meeting. 

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

 Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked
“Civil works for improvement of Salazie trail (Mahe)” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Wednesday 23rd July 2025 at 10:00am.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time:  Wednesday 23rd July 2025 at 10:00am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
