RAISING OF FOOTPATH AT PLAISANCE ROUNDABOUT UP TO MONT FLEURI.

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class I & II only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Plaisance to Mont Fleuri  

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Three (3) Months

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1^st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port as of Friday 8^th August 2025 from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 14^th August 2025 not later than 12:00pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Monday 18^th August 2025 at 10:00am and the meeting place will be at the Plaisance Playing Field. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “RAISING OF FOOTPATH AT PLAISANCE ROUNDABOUT UP TO MONT FLEURI” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), CARE HOUSE, ATTIC FLOOR, VICTORIA BEFORE 11:00AM ON MONDAY 1^ST SEPTEMBER 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
