CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS FOR CONTAINERIZED GENERATOR SET & FOR FUEL TANK & RC DRAIN AT POWER STATION C, ROCHE CAIMAN

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject: PUC intends to undertake civil works for the construction of reinforced concrete foundation to support one containerized generator set and fuel tank, as well as the construction of a reinforced concrete drain to encase underground the fuel pipes. The Works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Excavation and backfilling works
  2. Reinforced concrete works for containerized generator set foundation
  3. Reinforced concrete works for fuel tank foundation
  4. Reinforced concrete works for encasement drain for fuel pipes.

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Wednesday 10th September 2025 to Tuesday 16th September 2025,08:00am to 12:00noon. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 17th September 2025 at 10:00am at the PUC Head Office Roche Caiman, Electricity House followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visits on the project site on Wednesday 17th September 2025 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

 Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked
“Construction of reinforced concrete foundations for containerized generator set & for fuel tank & RC drain at Power Station C Roche Caiman” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 10:00am.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time:  Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 10:00am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
