ILE DUE PORT ROAD ENLARGEMENT UP TO THE I.O.T JUNCTION [PHASE 1]

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class I & II only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Ile Du Port to the I.O.T Junction  

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 150 Working Days

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SLTA’s Head Office at Dream gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B as of Friday 21st November 2025 from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 26th November 2025 not later than 12:00pm.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Thursday 27th November 2025 at 10:00am and the meeting place shall be at the Inter Island Quay Car Park. Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “ILE DUE PORTTENDER FOR THE ROAD ENLARGEMENT UP TO THE I.O.T JUNCTION [PHASE 1]” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), CARE HOUSE, ATTIC FLOOR, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:00AM ON WEDNESDAY 10TH DECEMBER, 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
