INVITATION TO TENDER

REHABILITATION WORKS @ GRAND ANSE PRASLIN PRIMARY SCHOOL

 

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles

 

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Praslin Based Contractors of CLASS 3 ONLY registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

SUBJECT:      Rehabilitation Works to Grand Anse Praslin Primary

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:        Grand Anse Praslin Primary

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:            2 Weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Grand Anse Praslin Primary school as of Wednesday 30th June, 2021 at 09:00am, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier is Tuesday 6th July, 2021 at 12.00pm.

Potential Bidders should provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.  Bidders may inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

 

SITE VISIT:   A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Wednesday 7th July, 2021 at 10.30am. The meeting point shall be at grand Anse Praslin Primary School. Failure to attend the site meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

 SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “REHABILTATION WORKS TO GRAND ANSE PRASLIN PRIMARY” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE GRAND ANSE PRASLIN PRIMARY SCHOOL BEFORE THURSDAY 15TH JULY AT 10.30AM. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM.

           

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
