LANDSCAPE AND WASTE MANAGEMENT AGENCY

PROPOSED SITE CLEARING, LEVELLING, COMPACTING AND FENCING OF VEHICLE POUND- PROVIDENCE LANDFILL

 SOURCE OF FUNDING: Environment Trust Fund (ETF)

ELIGIBILITY:  The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 and 3 Registered, Licensed.

SUBJECT:  The project entails construction of a weighbridge concrete and comprises of the following:

  1. Site Clearing
  2. Levelling & Compacting of ground
  3. Fencing using C.I. Sheet

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:  Providence Landfill -Mahe

PERFORMANCE PERIOD:           Eight (8) weeks

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER:  The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Procurement Section, Landscape and Waste Management Agency (LWMA), Ex- English River Clinic, English River, Mahe, Seychelles of Wednesday 30th June, 2021 at 10.00am, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier is on Tuesday 06th  July, 2021 at 2.00pm.

 

Potential Bidders should provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Bidders may inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/ visit has been organized for Wednesday 07th July, 2021 at 10:00AM. The meeting place shall be at the entrance of Providence landfill on Mahe.  Failure to attend the site visit / meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, ‘PROPOSED SITE CLEARING, LEVELLING, COMPACTING AND FENCING OF VEHICLE POUND- PROVIDENCE LANDFILL’ AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX, LOCATED at the THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, (NTB), 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM, ON THURSDAY 22ND JULY, 2021.

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM, on                                 THURSDAY 22ND JULY, 2021.
