The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All contractors Class I and II only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Performance Period:

Twelve (12) weeks from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section, Seychelles

Airports Authority at Sunshine House, First Floor, Providence, Mahe as of Thursday 5^th February 2026 between 9:00amto 3:00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300 each.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 11^th February 2026 at 3:00pm.  No Tender Dossier will be available after the closing date.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A mandatory site visit / information meeting has been organized on Friday 13^th

February 2026 at 10:00am. The meeting place shall be at the Cargo Terminal Gate 3 at theSeychelles International Airport.

Failure to attend the site information meeting / visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.
