RENOVATION OF PUC INFRASTRUCTURE NO. 3 AT COTE D’OR, BAIE STE ANNE, PRASLIN

Eligibility: All Registered Contractors with a valid Class I license.

Subject: PUC intends to refurbish one of its infrastructures located at Cote d’Or, Praslin. The Works will comprise of the following:

  1. Demolition works
  2. Painting works
  3. Tiling works
  4. Installation of sanitary appliances
  5. Construction of storage facility
  6. Construction of soakaway 

Collection of tenders: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue and at PUC’s Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 each as from Thursday 12th February 2026 to Wednesday 18th February 2026 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting:  A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 24th February 2026 at 10:00hrs at Conference Room, PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin.

Followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site at Cote D’Or on Tuesday 24th February 2026 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

 Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Renovation of PUC Infrastructure No. 3 at Cote d’Or, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé or at the PUC Office, Security Post, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Wednesday 11th March 2026 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Wednesday 11th March 2026 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé and at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the opening.
