INVITATION TO TENDER

CONSTRUCTION OF A FUEL DEPOT AND SECURITY KIOSK AT THE FISHING PORT- VICTORIA

 

SOURCE OF FINANCE: EU-BUDGET

 

ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 1 and 2 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

SUBJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF A FUEL DEPOT AND SECURITY KIOSK AT THE FISHING PORT- VICTORIA

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:  FISHING PORT VICTORIA

PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 160 WORKING DAYS

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Fishing Authority, 1st Floor, Espace Building, Victoria Mahe as of Wednesday 30th June 2021 at 8.30a.m to 11.30a.m upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 06th July 2021 at11.30a.m.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

 

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Wednesday 07th July 2021 at 1000hrs.  The meeting point shall be at the Victoria Fishing Port. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder in the evaluation process.

 

 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “CONSTRUCTION OF A FUEL DEPOT AND SECURITY KIOSK AT THE FISHING PORT- VICTORIA” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE MONDAY 20TH JULY 2021AT 1030hrs. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030hrs.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
