The Landscape Waste Management Agency (LWMA) invites bidders to bid for the Supply and Installation of Chain Link Fence at the Anse Royale Landfill.

Eligibility: | The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All contractors Class 1 and 2 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles. |

Performance Period: | Eight (8) weeks from Award of Contract |
Access to Tender Dossier: | The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section, Landscape Waste Management Agency at KB Emporium Building, Second Floor, Providence Industrial Estate, Mahe as of Tuesday 14th April 2026 between 9:00amto 3:00pm against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300/- each. |
Closing Date for Dossier: | The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday 20th April 2026 at 3:00pm. No Tender Dossier will be available after the Closing Date. |
Pre-Tender Site Visit: | A mandatory site visit / information meeting has been organized on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 at 10:00am. The meeting place shall be at the Anse Royale Landfill.
Failure to attend the site information meeting / visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage. |
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CHAIN LINK FENCE AT ANSE ROYALE LANDFILL” and deposited in the tender box located at the NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB)SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM ON TUESDAY 5TH MAY 2026. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
