CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TREATMENT WORKS BUILDING, RC FOUNDATION PLINTH FOR GRP WATER TANK, PUMP HOUSE, CHEMICAL STORE & STONE MASONRY RETAINING WALL AT LA GOGUE

Eligibility: All Locally Registered Contractors with a valid Class One (1) license operating in Seychelles.

Subject:  PUC intends to undertake the construction of a water treatment works, at La Gogue.  The works shall comprise of the following:

  1. Site Clearance
  2. Excavation and backfilling works
  3. Construction of a building ground floor only (for pressure filters & office and facilities) approx.
  4. Construction of a reinforced concrete foundation/plinth approx. 7m x 5m to support a GRP water tank (GRP water tank is not in the scope)
  5. Construction of pump house and chemical store
  6. Construction of stone masonry retaining wall

Project duration is 5 months

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Wednesday 15th April 2026 to Tuesday 21st April,08:00am to 12:00 noon. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 23rd April 2026 at 10:00am at the PUC Head Office Roche Caiman, Electricity House followed by:

Site-Visit: A site visits on the project site on Thursday 23rd April 2026

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked
“CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TREATMENT WORKS BUILDING, RC FOUNDATION PLINTH FOR GRP WATER TANK, PUMP HOUSE, CHEMICAL STORE & STONE MASONRY RETAINING WALL AT LA GOGUE” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Thursday 07th May 2026 at 10:00am.

Opening of Tender:   Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time:  Thursday 07th May 2026 at 10:00am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Attic Floor, Care House, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
